There was an issue in getting this order to me. However, the owner was extremely concerned and even called me to let me know why I had not received my pkg. He corrected the problem with UPS and sent me an email with all the pertinent tracking information (via USPS). I have received my plant markers and am extremely happy with the product. Their product is 5 stars and their customer service is 10 stars! Will I order from them again? You bet!
